You are donating to Dickson Decides Pty Ltd, not Ellie Smith's Independent campaign.
Dickson Decides acted as Ellie Smith's agent during the 2025 federal election campaign and donations during that time were directed to the campaign. Donations are now held with Dickson Decides to continue its purpose:
To support and encourage democratic community participation in the electorate of Dickson, including on government and political matters affecting local residents; and other purposes which are supportive of or ancillary.
Dickson Decides only accepts donations from Australian citizens, permanent residents and Australian companies. When you donate you affirm that you are not a foreign donor.
If your donation exceeds $16,900 once other donations you have made during the financial year to Dickson Decides, are taken into account, your name and amount of donation may need to be disclosed to the Australian Electoral Commission. You may also need to lodge a donor disclosure.
